All bundles take maximum 20 days in most cases they can be sent out the following day.
Our custom units take a maximum of 25 working days. Your order can be altered for up to 24 hours after payment. This doesn't include shipping time which depends on location. Usually 2 - 4 days.
We use tracked and signed for services to ensure you receive your package safely. You will receive a tracking number via the purchase email once it has been dispatched.
Some countries do require custom charges on orders this must be paid for by the recipient. The Raw Hair store is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
Orders will not be delivered on public holiday dates in your country,therefore delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.
