Closures and frontals are very delicate and must be taken special care of please do not tugg on them but carefully detangle from tips to root . Please hold the root as you comb.
We will not be held responsible for closures that have balded, due to improper care.
Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, refunds are prohibited and all sales are final.

However if a flaw is reported within 48 hours we will investigate, if this is a fault of our own, you will be offered compensation if this is the case.
Returns are only valid on bundles, lace systems and ready made units which have been sent damaged and have been communicated immediately the item is received.
They must be returned in the unused state with ALL CONTENTS of the package returned.
